I was hesitant to purchase this set, because I already had a few foam rollers. This set is awesome and really lets you choose how aggressive you want to be and is more durable than I thought it would be.
No luck with any of the wheels for me, but I was impressed with the quick and easy refund upon returning within the set period
I bought the 5 pack and initially on the first and second day it was raw and sensitive to use but then after that I was getting back cracks knots released and my back feels looser and less painful and tight. I use it daily and not just on the back but thighs and hamstrings also. It’s a game changer and saving big dollars from going to chiro and physio when this does the same job.
In still getting use to this as I have been at adesk jog for over 7 years and it's slow progress, but my back isn't as notted as it was
It does everything that it shows in the ad. I instantly got those back cracks. My girlfriend didnt. I think its great and i think its definitely helping with my posture would recommend to anyone looking to stretch and get relief from your back and help posture.

So much better than a foam roller! This size and the next size up are the two that are bets for me and both feel different and good. The largest size is too big. I am a female 175cm
Feels so good to stretch out my back with these foam rollers. Due to my job I’m standing all day every day and it’s a great relief at the end of the day!

This literally gets all those spots you can’t quite get to when stretching normally. I find when I use my lotus wheels before bed I fall asleep so much faster and have a much deeper sleep. Absolutely amazing.

The lotus Wheel Premium - The different sizes allow you to get different areas on her back. They are very strong and effective with working on the back. Helps release the tension from hunching over. Very innovative product and easy to use!
Great addition to my evening routine. Rolling on the lotus wheel is a great way to release back tension and relax/ wind down in the evening.
We both have found daily use has released muscle tension from the upper to lower back, increased range of motion & flexibility. We use all the rollers each session, starting with the largest for most stretch, progressing down through the sizes which increases muscle massage. The smallest roller is great on the calves and hamstrings. Finish off with the foot massager. Better posture balance and overall wellbeing.
