Had the chirp wheels, they were good, the ridges on Lotus dig into the knots better, wish I started with these.

It's great, the foam could maybe go a bit higher, to give a little more massage. But it's just minor details, overall I'm very happy with it!
I've been messing with the idea of making my own roller. Other wheels have caught my eye but didn't like their bumps or they had no space for the spinous processes. Yours is the first that actually looked promising. I was impressed the first time I used it. Great work
The wheel did exactly what it stated it would do, but not in any of the customer videos did it say how your body *might* respond. I had an intense reaction that left me sick for two days because it rocked my nervous system so hard. Im not saying it was a good or bad thing but it definitely did something.
Not guna lie, I was skeptical but I love this thing and I use it at least once daily. It’s awesome!
Just started using it. Back feels so much better. It is excruciating at first. But worth it.
The release offered in a supported back bend provided with the lotus wheel is something everybody needs to experience!
