Amazing stretching tool

So impressed with my Lotus wheel. I got a 24”( 27”?) and use it daily. Inverted leg lifts and ab workout are also elevated (as in next level!) and my core in super strong. But the upper,lower and mid back massage and stretch is amazing. Highly recommend

I have recently been shown how to use the lotus wheel properly after I had actually given it away, my relative came back to show me what I was doing wrong and what a major difference it made. Definitely worth the purchase, still think you guys need discount codes for the individual wheels but definitely worth the purchase. Rating canged from a 2 to a 5
